High on the hill with stunning views of the East Looe river valley you'll find Barclay House. Recently refurbished, the restaurant offers a smart, contemporary environment in which to enjoy the very best of what is caught and grown right here in Glorious Cornwall. Enjoy the superb views!
At night, elegant yet relaxed - cosy atmosphere with candles flickering against the original local artwork. In Summer, the doors open out onto the terrace - drinks on the terrace overlooking the magnificent River view scenery complete a wonderful night out!
Dinner is served from 7pm to 9pm Mondays until Saturdays with courses starting at £7.95 – or our four course menu is priced at £35 - and on Sundays in the season, we offer informal terrace dining from 12.30 onwards. A Special Sunset menu is available on Mondays priced at just £24.50 for three courses or with courses starting at just £5.95
Our restaurant features the Modern Coastal Cuisine of Benjamin Palmer with a daily changing menu which truly reflects what is best in season - including Looe Day Boat Fish.
The wine list has been personally compiled and spans the globe offering the best of today's vineyards and wineries. We especially enjoy featuring Camel Valley Wines from near Bodmin.
