Hotels

South East Cornwall provides accommodation for everybody, from small family run B&Bs to large hotels. All are graded using the star system, as awarded by either Enjoy England or the AA. Businesses are graded from one star to five star depending on what facilities they offer and may also have gold or silver awards if they offer that little bit extra.

Because hotels are graded separately from guest accommodation and B&Bs, does not mean a two star hotel is a lesser standard from a four star B&B. Please also be aware that many properties that used to trade as hotels are now described as guest accommodation because of regulations in the grading system. This does not mean the quality as gone down, it is just that they may not have enough rooms or offer all the facilities needed to be classed as a hotel.
