70 year old ex-coastguard cottage overlooking the sea in middle of old fishing hamlet, free of commercial development, terraced front and rear gardens. The cottage has four bedrooms, and all modern facilities but with open fires. Cottage has panoramic views from Looe to Rame Head. An 18 hole golf - links abuts the village. Portwrinkle has a tiny fishing harbour with shingle beaches at high tide, fine sand at low tide, and easy pushchair access to the beach.
