A two bedroom 1st floor flat (sleeps 3) situated in a quiet, convenient location only a few minutes walk away from the local shops. The town, beaches and coastal path are within easy reach.
The flat comprises of entrance hall with entry phone and airing cupboard. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a single bed. Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels.
The spacious lounge/diner has nice views, it is comfortably furnished including a colour television for your own use and video. There is a separate kitchen with built-in units in grey and white with matching fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave oven, washing machine. The bathroom is fully tiled with bath and shower.
The flat has the benefit of full gas central heating and double glazing and is furnished and equipped to a high standard.
There is no extra charge for gas and electricity.
There is also a lawn area available for your use. Drying area. Own parking space in front of premises and additional parking is available at Leeward House.
Strictly no pets please. No smoking. 4 Star.
