Delicious breakfasts of your choice are assured together with lovely views of Cadson Bury Hill Fort and the Lynher valley, breakfast times are flexible, choice of sittings, with other guests or quietly on your own. Three attractive "country house" bedrooms are available, with all the additional little comforts you would hope to find including welcoming chocolates, toiletries, slippers and dressing gowns.

The drawing room, which visitors are encouraged to use, has a light sunny aspect, the perfect place for complete relaxation. All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities, CD players and flat screen digital televisions.

The lake is not a commercial fishery and use is exclusive to visitors and guests.
This is a special place where swallows and martins swoop in summer and Cadson Bury is ablaze with gorse in late Spring. Whether you fish the lake or just enjoy a picnic, this is a lovely place to spend the day.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets on the farm or children under the age of 12 in the B&B rooms. There is also an indoor non smoking policy thorough out the house.

Rooms are available from 4pm onwards although luggage can be dropped off by prior arrangement. Departure by 10.30am please.

Road Directions

from the M5 at Exeter take the A38 to Plymouth. Cross the Tamar Bridge into Cornwall and after going through a tunnel head up the hill to a rounabout. Take the third exit to Callington. At Callington take the A390 towards Liskeard. Within three miles you cross over Newbridge (priority arrows). Proceed on the main road for another ½ mile where you will see a sign (left hand side) for Cadson Manor Farm. Turn very sharp left into this lane and continue for approximately 500 metres. The granite pillared entrance to Cadson Manor Farm is on your right hand side.
